Bashment of Di Frat House by RunP.

People Don't Dance No More :-(

It's going down this weekend for everyone's homie MLK. The Freedom Party Crew will be rocking out all night alongside NYC's The Rub. Sunday night at the Brooklyn Bowl on 61 Wythe Ave. between North 11th and 12th streets. Yea I'm always putting up stuff that's free, but I'm TELLING YOU that this party is worth more than the $10 admission price.

For what feels like forever...we've been in a recession in regards to this cash as well as real dance parties (Not that two-step bull). I know I know...it's a shame, but that time is now OVER, so come dance your pain away to the hottest Rap, R&B, Reggae, Disco, Soul, Funk, Rock, House, Electro, Pop, 60s, 70s 80s/90s/Soca/Calypso!!!

Let The Riddim Hit 'Em...For Free DUH

Ok ok ok...we're basically in the middle of the summer. For whatever reason besides my melanin, I equate the summer with Hip-Hop and Dancehall more than I do at any other point of the year. I'm not exactly sure if that actually means anything, but if you like it as much or if you are simply in a Dancehall & Hip-Hop mood, you might want to check this place out here. No cover, and there will be a recession buster according to going.com. Click on this link right here to RSVP and gully creep your ass all the way to Hooper St.

When: Every Thursday
Admission: Free
Where: 291 Hooper St.

Major Debut

Birthday shout out to DNN, and the late homie, Pac. On another note, today is the day for which many have been waiting. That new Dancehall sound with Diplo & Switch. Go cop Major Lazer today at the Mad Decent blog or even at it iTunes. Below is the video for the first single "Hold the Line" feat. Mr. Lexx & Santigold. It's out there, but maybe it'll bring you back to the 80's baby Saturday morning cartoons.

Guns Don't Kill People...Dancing Dehydrated Does

Alright, this weekend's gonna be bananas for myriad reasons, but since I'm not one to put all of my business out there, I'll give you one significant reason and that is Major Lazer. The Devious Duo is kicking off the North American tour in NYC tomorrow night. They jump started everything in Jamaica, but now these dudes are on the East Coast ready to pop off. I will be Inna Di Dancehall till the LP drops on June 16th. Lets get it!

She a BOOM

Need a new/different bashment jam for the summer? Play and download this joint from USA 808 over in Israel. I think they have a good idea of how it goes down in the States. Will probably be putting up more stuff from them too.
