A Duane Reade in Brooklyn with a Beer Bar
Talk about balance...hahahaWhen Duane Reade opened a new store a few months ago in Brooklyn, it faced opposition from residents loyal to a local pharmacy. So it decided to include something in the store that the neighborhood did not have: a bar that specializes in beer.

Deadly Flooding in Rio
More than 220 people have died in towns near Rio de Janeiro as heavy rains continue to cause flooding and mudslides in south-eastern Brazil.
Overnight downpours triggered landslides in the mountain town of Teresopolis, where 122 were reported to have died.

DJ Semtex 10 Min Mix.
Ok...so this 10 min mix is relatively old, but I figured I'd mix things up a bit. DJ Semtex is one of the UK's premiere DJs if not THE premiere one. If you don't know by now consider yourself tardy. This is a little bit of bmore, hip-hop, dubstep, and grime.
Wal-Mart in NYC??
Wal-Mart has launched a full-scale, multifaceted campaign to garner public support for its bid to open stores in New York City.
The company is plastering the city with advertisements and sending out mailers. Wal-Mart also launched a New York-specific website on Monday.
