As she stated, it is unfortunate that the track failed to catch on like so many other singles of his, but it reminded of this fairly old mix by the dude Four Color Zack that I bumped incessantly for the summer of '09. He's got a mixtape dropping soon entitled, Bazooka Shot, and an album, Buzzrock Warrior. From what I've heard thus far, these two project should be more than solid considering what I have heard. Nahright, posted this mixtape not too long ago. I knew some MJ tribute would be coming out whether it be a mix or a mixtape, but I wanted to find something both unique and good. I believe this'll suffice. This is a nice little combination that blends MJ with the world's favorite emcees (the usual top 5). I'm usually not a fan of blends, but once you listen to this, you'll see why the exception was made. Not every track is for you, but I guarantee you'll find something you'll like a lot.

So I'm doing miscellaneous stuff on my laptop, and my fellow LSC afilliate, Rafat, hits me over the head with this news flash about some dude. Can't say I'm chugging the Kool Aid at the moment, but the clip is decent. I saw a couple of posts on nahright but they never really caught my eye. The man's name is J. Cole. He is apparently the first to sign to Jay-Z's label, Roc Nation. Hailing from NC much like on of my favorite duos, Little Brother, it looks everything might be a go...especially since his mixtape, The Warm Up, is supposed to drop today...and Jay-Z is cosigning...not that it really means anything
